Interesting Speech from the Bride's Dad to the Groom

I was googling, youtubing and facebooking as the same any other day and I happen to chance upon this very interesting, super touching and yet funny speech from the bride's dad to the groom. My personally thought is that this will only be happen in western countries. Doubt will happen in singapore. =)
