Been a week since I post about our honeymoon trip. Really paiseh to take so long to blog over my honeymoon trip. After married, after honeymoon .... what is next ? Starting a family .... or building our dream home. Our BTO will be done soon . We will be getting our keys estimated Q3 next year. SO EXCITED !
I have been wondering how our house will be.
I guess building a small dream house is not easy. Many factors to consider. Firstly, budget definitely play a big role. How much you willing to spend on renovation ? 40 k ? 60 k? Are you gonna stay at this house for long or stay for a 5 years and upgrade to private ? If so, should you still wanna spend so many on renovation? If just you and your partner staying in the house, must you really renovate every corner or your house ? Secondly, what kind of designs you and your partner will like ? Modern ? Cosy ? Many people told me that usually when come to design your dream house, there bound to have argument with your partner. Be it whether to choose this or that theme ? What type of sofa you like ? or even what kind of colour you want your sofa or cupboard to be. Lol . While both my hubby and me are discussing about this issue, he told me is hard to have cosy house yet modern .... is it true ? Still thinking about this question. Both of us are sure of one point, we gonna choose any interior designer that can give us the " WOW" design or feeling. HAHA !
Hence now recently, I have been quite active in reading mag, looking out for advertisement .... I even make the effort to go to library to borrow interior designing books to read. Take down any pictures I like. Here are some of the pictures I took from the magazines . =)
Definitely wanna have a coffee corner in my house next time.
I am a super high tea person and it is a must to have a coffee a day to make me happy.
Hence gonna have this kinda corner to have my lovely coffee. ^^
I bought a mini Monalisa picture from Paris.
Maybe can consider do a mini Paris Coffee Corner.
Simple plain white sofa. Multi Colour Sofa makes the sofa looks interesting
and give the cosy feeling look.
Sofa by the side of the bed.
You can just lazy over the corner to play your hp or read your mag.
It is wise to have 2 basin in a bathroom ?
Both your partner and you can brush your teeth together.
Kinda loving right ?
Blue and white always give me the feel of " Sailor".
Simple room but outstanding wallpaper or colour make the room shine.
I dont really like wood kinda material for furniture.
Storage bed is a must !
I love this Sofa !
Be it the colour , layout and concept.
IT IS A MUST TO HAVE IT !!
Maybe bed frame is important too ^^
Oh if my house is big....* Dreaming
I love " U " shape sofa. But " L " Shape still acceptable.
Nowadays this kind of wall clock is very common.
